Can I get private health cover rebates?
Yes, depending on your cover plan, you may be eligible for rebates.
Do you have HICAPS?
Yes, we have a HICAPS machine at the clinic, so bring your private health fund card and we can swipe it for instant rebates.
What is your late cancellation policy?
As we run a busy clinic, we need at least 24 hours notice, so that your appointment slot can be given to someone on the waiting list. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
Do you offer concession prices?
Yes. We offer concession rates for students, health care card holders, pension card holders and children.
Are you open on public holidays?
No. Due to the nature of life in Margaret River, most people find it hard to commit to an appointment on public holidays.
Do you treat on the first visit?
Yes. For Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Remedial Massage you will receive a treatment on the first visit.
